Top Tips Social Media Marketing for Brick and Mortar businesses
Strategy: who is your number one customer. Where are they spending time online? Don’t invest in a platform where your customers aren’t spending time.
- Focus on reviews: Google and Facebook reviews are very important. Yelp doesn’t allow businesses to push customers to review.
- Claim and optimize your Google My Business page
- Answer and promote Facebook reviews
- Be careful about how you promote Yelp. Don’t try to ask for reviews.
- Create a selfie station in your business or store.
- Encourage people to check in when they’re in your store.
