- Who (your audience), What (pain), Where (do customers shop), What (can you create).
- O = Offer. Move people to where they are to where they want to be. What will they expect to experience (see/feel).
- P = Positioning. What is your USP? What makes you different? Your culture. State your claim. I am the person who will help you do…
- F9 = Funnel. How to move someone through buying process. Facebook advertising.
- Think about where your customers shop so you can get targeted ads in front of them.
