When It Didn’t Work!

Joseph was speaking at an event in Hollywood and had a short period of time to do it. He received a thought leader award but he felt like a fraud because he had been in an accident that caused a brain injury a short time earlier that took him out of work for five months. Life was complicated and his business was struggling. Find out what he learned about the “imposter syndrome” and how to handle it.

Three Steps To Start A Movement For Business Success

  1. Have a big idea that’s bigger than you and can transcend people and bring them together but allow for their differences. Remember: we are all one.
  2. Have a clear message. Think, Dr. King: “I have a dream”. You may not know the whole message but you know the essence of Dr. King’s big idea–equality.
  3. Army of advocates for the cause. You need supporters who buy into your big idea and will pass the message on to others.
  4. It’s not about the individual.
