How To Get Your Business Unstuck
- Are you busy or productive? Busy = doing
- make small decisions not big decisions. See what the results. Then make another. Increases your chance of success.
- You get there by zig-zag not straight line.
- Double Helix Trap: don’t do marketing only when you need it; this causes sales to stay flat.
- Be the expert: be there when people are ready to buy.
- Share your expertise in areas where your prospects are.
- Define what pain you solve and who you solve that pain for.
- Niche down.
