  2. Have a process to deliver your service.
  3. Figure out who you need to hire or automate.
  4. Have a steady stream of leads. Learn to drive leads from sources, i.e.: SEO, social media, etc.
  5. Be able to sell.
  6. Customer service: make sure it’s a priority.
