- Know your service inside out. Make your service unique.
- Have a process to deliver your service.
- Figure out who you need to hire or automate.
- Have a steady stream of leads. Learn to drive leads from sources, i.e.: SEO, social media, etc.
- Be able to sell.
- Customer service: make sure it’s a priority.
