Top Tips “Stop Boring Me! How to Create Kick-Ass Marketing Content, Products and Ideas Using the Power of Improv.”

  1. Know your story. It’s not about you. You must know your customers wants and needs. How does the product or service help them and make them better. Tell that human story.
  2. Relationships. Don’t focus the lens on yourself. Focus on the relationship with your customers.
  3. Conflict. Businesses are afraid to admit they failed. Share that story with sincerity and for the right reasons. Be imperfect. Embrace it.
  4. Focus on your partner. Make your partner look good. You will look good by extension.
  5. Safe is risky and boring. Bust out of the rut.
