  3. Permission to ignore.
  4. Time management isn’t just logical.
  5. Recognize that you’re always saying no to something.
  6. Procrastination is rooted in fear: sucking or fear of success.
  7. FEAR is false evidence appearing real.
  8. Write your fears down.
  9. Write down your perfect future. What do you want. Describe it in great detail.
