Corporate sales. In 2008, had a mid-life opportunity and started his own sales training company. Started to teach people how to use LinkedIn for lead generation. LinkedIn went public in May 2011. Kurt did his first public LinkedIn seminar. The company went IPO two weeks before Kurt’s seminar. It caused the seminar to sellout. He stopped everything else and focused strictly on LinkedIn.

When It Didn’t Work!

The first three years of his sales training business weren’t working. Kurt picked the wrong market.  For three, he tried to make it work but it didn’t. The focus and the market was wrong.
