Top Tips Know Your Brand Story: Cultivate. Innovate. Elevate.

  1. Survey your market. Know your market. Know what your consumers want. Survey Monkey is a great tool to survey your audience.
  2. Unpack who you believe your audience is: give them a name, define their buying habits, segment and personify your audience.
  3. Engage your audience. Ask your audience in real time. Try Instagram’s real-time polling.
